Accepted Payments

 

We accept International Interac Transfer, Wire Transfer, Cash, Credit Card, and PayPal. Contact us via email for wire transfer option.

• Minimum charge – half an hour charge for general consultation, to be followed by retainer service agreement. Refer to our bookings page for more updates on the services provided.

• All service invoices are due immediately or as advised on the invoice unless otherwise noted.

• For billing convenience, customers can sign up for auto pay by providing their credit card information. Credit cards will be charged at the end of the service month for mobile app subscribers and a copy of the paid invoice will be sent to the customer for receipt.

• Overdue balances upon 30 calendar days are subject to a 5% late fee and account suspension for service accounts.

• If paying by wire transfer or bank account, we recommend sending payments early to allow sufficient mail delivery and processing time to prevent suspension of service. Please indicate the invoice number on all forms of payment so the account can be properly credited.

Services

​

1.1. General Services: SNH York Immigration Consulting will request the client to create a profile and book a reservation for initial consultation, whereby an estimate of applicable service fees is provided verbally or in writing, and then provide you with an invoice delivered to your email address. No work shall be engaged without payment made by the client. No work that is beyond our control or the scope of services provided by SNH York Immigration Consulting will be considered.

 

1.2. Your Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing SNH York Immigration Consulting to perform immigration consultancy services and initial consultation and assessment in order to determine eligibility for Canada immigration pathways.

 

1.3. You acknowledge and agree that SNH York Immigration Consulting shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of your data and/or software used in storing information relating to your immigration needs.

Your Obligations

2.1. You agree to pay us the fees quoted or set forth in verbal and/or written agreement. If you request additional services or change the service requested, you agree to pay for the additional or changed services. Payment is due when you request services, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. If you do not pay for services when due, we may stop work and charge interest on the past-due amount at the rate of 2% each billing period.

 

2.2. If we are forced to pursue unpaid services via a collection’s agency or legal service, you agree to assume responsibility for all associated legal and collections fees.

 

2.3. If you wish to dispute any charges incurred to you by SNH York Immigration Consulting, you agree to do so in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to present a billing dispute within 30 days indicates your acceptance of the charges.

 

2.4. You are solely responsible for any data provided at the time of submitting payment and are solely responsible for making and maintaining backup copies of such data before, during and after you request services.

Term and Termination

3.1. The term of this agreement will extend from the date of this agreement to include all services provided by SNH York Immigration Consulting based on description of invoice issued, unless terminated as provided herein. We may terminate this agreement with or without cause upon notice to you.

​

We shall not be in default or be liable for any delay, failure in performance, or interruption of service resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

​

Limitations

​

4.1. Unless otherwise stated, all services are provided in compliance with our regulated practice as a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultant.
